Templates not displaying in the Content area.

Templates not displaying in the Content area.

I click create Campaign. I choose Templates (HTML & Plain Text). I choose Template Library. I select one of My Templates. Then the template doesn't load in the content area. Also it won't save and close or close. I can't exit from the page as well. I click the "Home" button nothing happens. Only way to exit is to logout.
