Testing Campaign to CRM Syncing

I am running a small test campaign.  The unsubscribe/subscribe works perfectly and updates the test contact in Zoho CRM.

When I click through on the Update Profile I can update the details - which update the Campaign Contact record - but this is not then synced back to the Zoho CRM record.

I have enabled my Campaigns to CRM settings and my Push Data to CRM settings - but the updated Campaign Contact details do not appear in  Zoho CRM.

How can I resolve this?
