As summer ends, Zoho Social is gearing up for some exciting, bigger updates lined up for the months ahead. While those are in the works, we rolled out a few handy feature updates in August to keep your social media management running smoothly. Let’s take a quick look at what’s new and how they can make your work easier. 

Monitor tab enhancements

You can now do a lot more with the Monitor tab. We’ve added new enhancements that make it easier to track and understand conversations around your brand. You can now monitor your Bluesky channel—from timelines and likes to profile and keyword searches, giving you a clearer picture of market trends and customer engagement. Along with this, you can also view posts where your brand is tagged on Instagram (account configured via Facebook), helping you stay on top of mentions and engage better with your audience.

Publish Story from creator account

You can now publish Instagram Stories directly from your Creator account, making it easier to keep your audience engaged with quick, real-time updates.

Instagram Alt Text 

Add and view Alt Text for your images on Instagram through Zoho Social. Alt Text helps describe your visuals for better accessibility and also boosts SEO, making your posts more discoverable and driving traffic from image-based searches. With this update, your Instagram publishing just got smarter and more impactful.
