We're excited to get started with this year's monthly product updates through The Social Wall. Let's make 2025 a year filled with excited things to learn and explore. This month, we made some product enhancements in Zoho Social:

Publish images on TikTok  

TikTok now supports publishing images via Zoho Social. You can attach up to 4 images to your TikTok post from the New Post window, and up to 10 images from the Customize content window. With this image support on TikTok, you can upload multiple images in a sequence to explain product-specific features, how-to guides, customer stories, and more. Optimized images that your audience can relate to will help increase your reach and engagement. This alternative to the existing video content on the platform can help you plan your content easily and ahead of time, and post regularly.

Send audio and video messages from the Messages tab

You can now send audio and video messages on Facebook and Instagram and video messages on X under the Messages tab in Zoho Social. Audio messages on Facebook and Instagram can be attached from your desktop, media library, or any of the cloud drive options. You can also record an audio message up to 2 minutes long directly from the Messages tab in your Zoho Social web application.

A video message can be attached to your message and sent to followers on Facebook, Instagram, and X. With this update, you'll easily be able to guide users who reach out to you on social media for any queries by sending them product tutorials, quick fixes for an issue, or personalized audio clarifications, solving their issues quickly.

Our goal is that these enhancements provide you with a better user experience and help the product evolve into a more holistic tool. We'll be back next month with more updates and enhancements.
