"There is no disk in the drive..." (solved)

"There is no disk in the drive..." (solved)

When I try to connect to one particular computer (Windows 8) that has Unattended Access installed on it, the remote computer has a box that pops up on its screen saying: [ZMAgent.exe - No Disk] X There is no disk in the drive.  Please insert a disk into drive D:.

I have to have someone at the remote computer click on Cancel or Continue before my Zoho Assist finally connects to that computer.  Any idea what's going on and how to fix this?  The other two computers (Windows 10) that have Unattended Access on them connect just fine.
