Timer not appearing to update

Timer not appearing to update

For the last couple of days, I've noticed my timer is not updating. When I start it, it doesn't show as started until I refresh the page. When I pause it, it doesn't show as paused until I refresh the page. But it does register a stop correctly in real time. Anyone else having the same problem?
