Hello Zoho Assist Community!
Last week, we started looking at preferences in Zoho Assist. Now, we'll start examining all the settings under preferences that can help you streamline your remote support sessions and resolve issues much quicker.
The first setting under preferences is "Technician Console." It enables the technician to access the remote computer and interact with the remote device during the remote session. You can either use our native application or use a browser-based console.
Windows Native Client :
If a technician primarily connects from a Windows device or prefers the flexibility and usability of a dedicated native application for remote sessions, they can choose the Windows Native Client.
Web Client :
If a technician connects from multiple OS devices or would like the convenience and ease of conducting remote sessions from within a browser tab, they can use the web-based client.
Whether you opt for the ative Client or Web Client, we're confident that option will enhance your remote support experience.
