As a super admin, you have the ability to control command prompt actions on devices within your organization. By accessing Diagnostic Tools under Preferences, you can enable or disable these settings for specific departments. When this tools is enabled, a consent prompt will appear on your customer's screen, allowing them to approve or deny the action. You can also customize the message displayed on the prompt to suit your organization's communication style.

To implement this setting, navigate to Preferences in your Zoho Assist account and scroll down to Diagnostic Tools. Here, you can enable or disable the action and customize the message to be displayed.

This added layer of security is crucial in maintaining transparency and building trust between technicians and customers. When customers are asked for their consent before certain actions are performed, it enhances their confidence in the support process and ensures they feel in control of their devices. This is especially important for actions that could potentially affect system integrity, such as running command prompts.

Incorporating this feature into your remote support workflow can enhance the quality of your service, build customer trust, and streamline operations. Assist helps ensure transparency and give customers control over their devices during support sessions.
