Imagine you're managing multiple companies as an MSP and frequently need to install Zoho Assist on newly added devices. Doing this one device at a time would be incredibly time-consuming. With Zoho Assist, you can streamline the process. For example, if you manage a company named ABC, you can group all new devices under a single domain and install Zoho Assist on them, making the entire process seamless across multiple companies.
To set this up, visit assist.zoho.com, log in, and navigate to the Unattended Access tab. Select Deployment, then click on Domains. After adding the devices, you can configure each domain according to your business needs. All domains will be listed, allowing you to select and configure the desired one for unattended access.
By using the Domains feature in Zoho Assist, you can manage updates more efficiently and keep your IT operations running smoothly. Give it a try and experience the difference!
