Tip 34 - Turn subitems in to work items!

While working on an assignment, we classify additional work as subitems. These subitems need to be completed in order to finish the main work item. As we continue, we might realise that these need special attention and involve input from other team members. To handle such scenarios, you can convert a subitem into a work item.

 

To do so,  

• Go to that work item and scroll down to the Subitems section.
  
• Click that particular item.
  
• Click Make it as item on the top right.
