Tip #93 – Make Zoho Assist your own with Rebranding – 'Insider Insights'

Hello Zoho Assist Community!

A customer gets an invitation to a remote support session. The page they land on carries a different company's name, an unfamiliar logo, and a generic URL. They hesitate. Is this the right link? Is it safe to click? Before the technician has even connected, trust has taken a small hit.

For IT teams and service providers, the experience customers have before and during a session says a lot about the business behind it. It should look and feel like yours.

That's exactly what Rebranding in Zoho Assist lets you do.

What is Rebranding?

Rebranding lets users with administrative privileges customize Zoho Assist with their own company identity. You can upload your company logo and favicon, set your company name, and configure your own portal URL, so every touchpoint reflects your brand.

How to rebrand Zoho Assist

Navigate to Settings and select Organization Details under Organization. From there:

  • Logo – Click the edit icon beside Logo and upload your company logo.
  • Favicon – Click the edit icon beside Favicon and upload your favicon.
  • Organization name – Click the edit icon beside Organization name and enter your company name.
  • Portal URL – Enter your URL in the field under Portal URL.

Whether you're an MSP supporting multiple clients or an internal IT team supporting your own employees, a branded experience makes every session feel more familiar, more professional, and more trustworthy from the very first click.
