Supported actions
The Zoho TeamInbox connector enables the creation of workflows for the following actions.
Create contact : A new contact is created under the team, with the name, email address and phone number.
Send email: Users can compose and send a new email to one or more recipients, supporting attachments, CC/BCC, and formatting.
Search mail: Search emails in an inbox based on filters such as subject, keyword, channel type, archived status, creation date, sender and more.
Archive thread: Move a message or email thread to the archive folder for long-term storage or record-keeping.
Assign thread: Assign ownership of a message or email thread to a chosen team member for follow-up or resolution.
Trash thread: Move a message or email thread to the trash, indicating it is marked for deletion.
