Trying to create a list segment in zoho campaigns but the fields I need are not available. Is there something that needs to be done with the fields first to make them available?

Trying to create a list segment in zoho campaigns but the fields I need are not available. Is there something that needs to be done with the fields first to make them available?

I created specific fields in Zoho CRM contacts and they aren't showing up to use as criteria for a list segment.  This is the whole reason they were created.  Did I create them wrong?  Or did I leave out a step?
