Trying to delete contacts from the system, but doesn't seem to work

Hi,

We're trying to delete selected contacts from Campaigns. Here is how we tried it:

  1. On "CRM list", create a segment with the criteria that should identify contacts to delete
  2. Export that segment
  3. Create a "to delete" list
  4. Import that segment to the "to delete" list
  5. Delete the "to delete" list, leaving the "delete contacts from Campaigns" box checked.
After doing this, it seems that the contacts are still in the Campaigns contact list. What are we doing wrong?
