I went through Zoho Campaigns, set up an email list and a sign up form. Used a generic template - customized the color and the font, but that's it.

Embedded the code on my website, published and then tested it.

I got the subscription confirmation email, but then when I clicked on the "Confirm Subscription" button, it brought me to a page that said:

Problem in Confirmation.

Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Please check whether the URL has been entered correctly.

So I went back to customize the sign up form and entered a specific URL and still got the same error message.

What am I doing wrong? Please help!
