Trying to install Zoho Assist on Debian Machine

Hello!

I am trying to install Zoho assist on a Debian machine. I have done this successfully on other remote machines, but only today ran into issues:

uname -a
Linux raspberry 5.10.0-15-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.10.120-1 (2022-06-09) x86_64 GNU/Linux

Steps:
1. Used the wget for my distribution (Debian 64bit; as an aside, I also tried the 32 bit)
2. Ran the dpkg command (output below)

sudo dpkg -i zohoassist_1.0.0.1.deb
Selecting previously unselected package zohoassist.
(Reading database ... 184472 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to unpack zohoassist_1.0.0.1.deb ...

Unpacking zohoassist (1.0.0.1) ...
Setting up zohoassist (1.0.0.1) ...
