Trying to set up DNS in Go Daddy for ZOHO Campaigns Email Authentication- SPF/DKIM

I am trying to figure out how to set up Go Daddy DNS so that my emails from ZOHO Campaigns are authenticated.  

Please see attached screenshot.

Need to set up in Go Daddy:

SPF
DKIM

I am sure it is an easy fix.  I just can't figure it out.
