Trying to split users into three segments but lose half of them

Hi,

I am trying to create three segments:

  1. People that have not stated that they are from Brazil or Portugal in any relevant address field.
  2. People that have not stated that they are from Sweden in any relevant address field, or use our Swedish website as seen from a link in the Note field.
  3. Everybody else, i.e. they are not from Brazil, Portugal or Sweden, and they don't use our Swedish website.

Segment 1 definition

  1. City contains Brasil,Brazil,Portuga,Portoga
  2. or State contains Brasil,Brazil,Portuga,Portoga
  3. or Country contains Brasil,Brazil,Portuga,Portoga

Criteria Pattern: ( ( 1 or 2) or 3)

Segment 2 definition

  1. City contains Sverige,Sweden,Svezia
  2. or State contains Sverige,Sweden,Svezia
  3. or Country contains Sverige,Sweden,Svezia
  4. or Note contains sicilianhouses.com/sv/

Criteria Pattern: ( ( 1 or 2) or 3) or 4)

Segment 3 definition

  1. City doesn't contain Brasil,Brazil,Portuga,Portoga,Sverige,Sweden,Svezia
  2. and State doesn't contain Brasil,Brazil,Portuga,Portoga,Sverige,Sweden,Svezia
  3. and Country doesn't contain Brasil,Brazil,Portuga,Portoga,Sverige,Sweden,Svezia
  4. and Note doesn't contain sicilianhouses.com/sv/

Criteria Pattern: ( 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 )

The full list contains 9,091 persons. Segment 1 returns1,569 persons. Segment 2 returns 304 persons. Segment 3 returns 3,502 persons. The three segments together return 5,375 persons. So 3,716 persons are missing.

Roughly, segments 1 and 2 seem to be about right in size, which makes me suspect that the problem lies in the definition of segment 3.

Can you help me get this right?

Thanks,

Marie
