Trying to sync Once and All data get the strange error
The error message:
Selected module does not have the "Email Opt-out" field. If you have removed this field, please re-add it in the respective module of your CRM account. To re-add the Email Opt-out field, go to Setup --> Customization --> Layouts Section --> Drag & Drop the "Email Opt-out" field from the Removed Fields section.
The Email Opt-out is enabled and visible in the layout in CRM.
When I switched 'Exclude Email Opt-out Contacts' option off just to run the sync without updating CRM I get another error:
The same custom view cannot be used multiple times for the Zoho CRM sync. Please use a different custom view. If you want to use the same custom view, contact us at support@zohocampaigns.com.
and this error I don't understand at all.
How do I do Once and All data sync now?
