Two questions from the Campaigns/CRM November Webinar
1. Will all Campaigns to CRM info/data show in the "Description" section of CRM, or can I create a new section where Campaigns info to be help inside our CRM? If yes, how?
2. In Campaigns, can you only segment customer list from Leads and Contacts modules? I think this answer is yes. So, if I create a custom list over in CRM Reports, say based on Accounts records and then import it into to Campaigns, would this Campaign list info/data sync to our CRM records once sent from Campaigns? Even though it was not from a contact list within Campaigns?
