Two-Way Sync Zoho CRM Custom Module with Zoho FSM Company Addresses
Business fact: Many companies don't just have one location. They have multiple locations (some have many), with addresses we need to know for service, deliveries, etc.
We have created a custom "Sites" module in Zoho CRM to store an Account/Company's addresses for deliveries, service, etc.
We'd like to start using Zoho FSM and we see that FSM has an Addresses tab.
We want to two-way sync a Company's addresses (Sites) in Zoho CRM with their addresses in Zoho FSM. If we can't do this, it means our staff members have to manually maintain one set of addresses in Zoho CRM and one set in FSM.
Question 1: Is there any way to perform this sync (eg. using Zoho Flow, Deluge or the Zoho FSM API)?
Question 2: Where is the Addresses related list/sub-module mentioned in the API or Deluge documentation?
