Unattended acces\ Invite Technicien \Gain Control
When I'm on a remote zoho assiste or Unattended access session and I invite an external technician by sending an invitation, when he accepts the invitation, a message appears to him : "Remote control disabled. to gain control click on Request control", when he clicks, I receive a message to allow him to gain control but I can't click on Yes, it would be necessary for someone to be present locally in front of the PC he want to gain control and click on Yes. to allow him to gain control. I logged in as administrator but just for this message I can't click, do you have a solution for this problem.

Unattended Access (Beta) is live! Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription.
