Unable to confirm email ID

Hello,

I am unable to confirm my email id .. when I click on the activation link .. It asks me for my password .. and when I enter my password it says Invalid Current Password .. I have alpha+numeric+symbols in my password .. is that an issue? same happens when I add another email account
