I want to send an email campaign to those who have not opened the email on the first round. I found that this could be done with the option "Chain Campaign", so I tried to follow the instructions on
https://www.zoho.com/campaigns/help/other-campaign-activities.html#Chain_Campaign but the button doesn't seem to appear on my Zoho.
