Love the new design, great job!

We have an issue with not being able to view bounce reports from one user in Zoho Campaigns to another user. 

We are both administrators of the Zoho Campaign module, but I am not able to see the report of another user campaign. Is there any setup that we have not followed?

Can you help/advice on this matter?
