Unattended access doesn't install on Mac OS 10.6 Snow Leopard

Hi, first time here and hope not to place a silly question.

Since Teamviewer will close servers to older releases, my Mac Minis running Mac OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard) won't be available. Looking for the alternatives I found Zoho Assist running on Mac OS 10.6 and above, but after some attempts on three different machines I had no chance to install the unattended access via the download link I created in the Devices pane. Dmg file is ok, but the installer quits soon after I launch it. I tried to look for an installer to meet my Mac Mini specs with no result.

I'm running an old OS, I know, but at this time Mac Minis can't be upgraded or replaced. Is there any suggestion to fix the above issue? Thank you in advance
