Unattended Access Installer Suddenly Requiring Proxy Settings
Hello,
We have been using Zoho Assist and the unattended access portion for some time now. We have a giant list of computers that we unattended access to and have never run into this issue before.
Whenever we try to install the unattended access, it refuses and asks for proxy settings.
I read that it is supposed to, on its on, grab the correct proxy settings from the browser. However, it does not seem to be doing that now.
Any reason why?
