Unattended Access on Linux = Grey/Black Screen

Unattended Access on Linux = Grey/Black Screen

Hi Guys

I am currently trialling ZohoAssist to provide remote support and remote user access to some of our office based PCs. Half of our workforce use Fedora Linux, and though I have succeeded installing the Linux ZohoAssist agent, and confirmed that the service is active, I am having difficulties.

I see the machines in the ZA console and they show as online. I am also able to connect successfully, but once connected, all I see is a grey screen with the ZohoAssist blue bar on the left side of the winow (with Chat, Files, Tools, Session and View options). I have tried rebooting the clients and disconnecting/reconnecting many times, but each time the same behaviour. The only variance has been that occasionally it's a black screen, not grey, but the result is ultimately the same.

If there's something else I need to install/enable/do to get this working, please advise.

Many thanks!
