unattended can't access, suddenly require me run in service mode

unattended can't access, suddenly require me run in service mode

why suddenly require the agent need to run in service mode to send alt + crtl + del?
I tired click on "Run as service" button but it has no effect.  Now I cannot login any of hosts, please help

      Unattended Access (Beta) is live!   Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription.
