We started using Zoho to support our Customers remotely. We do most of our work using the Unattended Support feature. The problem we had is that after installing the unattended app, our remote machines would show that they were "Offline" when we know that they are online. To fix this we had to reinstall the Unattended Client app. It would occur again, requiring an additional reinstall. After a few weeks of this we went back to Go To Assist from Citrix.
I would love to come back to ZOHO, but I need the unattended support to actually work.

Unattended Access (Beta) is live! Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription. They can also be accessed by your organization members. My Computers list in Zoho Assist home page will always display the online status of your unattended computers.
