Undelivered emails Zoho Campaigns

Hi,

We are using Zoho Campaigns to send out a monthly newsletter. However we experience that a large share of the recepients do in fact not receive these emails (although the records in Zoho show them as 'sent').

What could be the problem here and how could this be fixed as soon as possible?
