It is been 3 days now with no response!! Are we going to have an answer on our inquiries/complaints.... Or once you get the money out off of the credit card, you wash your hands from any problem experienced by your clientes??

Dear Sirs,

We are very disappointed with your service.

Campaigns does not upload correctly. Contacts take too long to upload. Very bad OR and CR. We have been almost 14hours waiting for a campaign to be reviewed and no response were received to our inquiries.

However, once we cancelled the subscription, we may see you were too fast discounting the whole subscription amount from our account.

We do not agree with this charge and do request a review since we did not receive the offered service and we cancelled the subscription a couple of days after we signed up (and after sending only 2 campaigns…. With several problems).

Moreover, we request a total refund, since we never received any of the promised service mentioned on your website.

I hope I will receive an answer on this complaint (since I have been 3 days with no response from your Support people. Yes, you are very quick taking the money from the credit card.... For an unprovided service!!)
