Unopened emails vs. spam

Hello,

I have some questions regarding Zoho Campaigns and would much appreciate if you could help me:

- Is there any way to know how many e-mails were flagged as spam in a campaign?
- Is it possible that most of the unopened emails were delivered to the spam folder of the recipient?
- Or is it possible that some of the "unopened" emails were actually opened but for some reason Zoho couldn't track it?
- What's the average open rate in a campaign?
