Unsubscriber still receiving emails

Hi,

I was recently contacted by somebody telling me that he's tried to unsubscribe from our campaign multiple times, but he still keeps receiving the emails. Could anyone please help with this? His email address is showing on the "Unsubscribed" list, so I'm not sure why this could be.
