Unsuccessful Syncs (Zoho CRM - Zoho Campaigns)

Our lead syncs between Zoho CRM to Zoho Campaigns are down since 2 days ago. The issue is that the programmed date and time of syncs keep postponing themselves automatically. 

 

Hence we have tried to contact the Technical Support Team countless number of times and we have received NO support nor answer whatsoever. What we are getting are pointless calls from the commercial team, who is unable to solve the issue. 

 

This is affecting the day-to-day company operations and we are LOSING money.

 

Unless this issue is not solved ASAP we will be cancelling all our company licenses and switch CRM and campaign manager.

 

Anyone else having same issues and lack of reply?
