Unwanted symbols when trying to upload a .HTM file into Campaigns.

I'm trying to upload a basic PR to send to multiple recipients, and I've had issues on the way. The file is a simple .DOC file created in microsoft word. I've saved the file as a .HTM file in order to upload it into ZOHO Campaigns.

When uploading it, the content is perfect, but any quotation marks (") or apostrophe (') are automatically converted into weird "O" symbols of another kind. I've tried editing the file to include special HTML code but that doesn't fix the issue. Any help?

Using the same content, I've just created a basic template file. This seems to work too but when I try to create a link to an email address or a webpage, the color of the font becomes grey rather than blue (to show its a link). Is there any fix to this?
