I am trying to create a questionnaire in ZOHO, where clients need to answer 10 questions, and basis response, values are assigned. I have created a total score field where the sum of the values is stored. But i am unable to create a rule whereby another single line field can be updated basis an "if then" condition.. pl do not suggest for any other zoho app or even through the zoho crm, since i dont have access.. i need to get this done through the forms interface only
