URGENT: Huge problem with access. Everything is broken. Can't add support request. Speedlane doesn't work.
Dear Zoho Team,
I've been playing with enabling/disabling few applications for users (Recruit, People, SUpport) in the Control panel. I couldn't understand some thing i've already sent you a request, so i was trying to find the solution.
Suddenly every user was signed off. I (as superadmin) could sign in again and saw that ALL the users have disabled "All" in the "other applications/services" list.
I enabled them manually. Anyway, user can't open Zoho Support (but they were able even when this app wasn't in list of the enabled app), i (as superadmin) can't open Zoho Support (it always says Unable to process your request).
I tried to use Speedlane and it didn't work! And does not. It always says Verification code is invalid, i tried tens of it.
What's going on? How can we work if everything ruined in seconds and i can't fix it.
How can i enable Zoho Support without adding it to the all users applications lists (it's being added as default app!)?
Lots of strange thing are happening right now with applications and access.
Please, fix ASAP.
