Urgent - issue with VAT registration

Im trying to enable VAT but it wont let me add my company VAT details. I'm getting this.

  • Please disable Adjustments and Entity level discount before registering for VAT

How do i do this as i cannot find answer. It would be nice if there was a help icon next to this error
