Usability feedback

Zoho is an impressive offering, however my initial usability doubts were recently confirmed in a client meeting. (It is interesting to note that my earlier post regarding Zoho usability has not been published.)

We will be implementing an online collaboration space for an academic group at University of Technology Sydney, which is looking to use online office applications. Google Docs has been ruled out due to IP ownership concerns. Think Free and Zoho are still under consideration. The rich feature set of Zoho makes it a very appealing candidate. However these users, who are already comfortable with Google Docs, have found it quite challenging transitioning to Zoho.

I will try and get more specifics, but thought that this feedback would be useful to the Zoho team.
