Hello, just finished a remote assistance meeting to a Vista 32bit install with Symantec Client Security and Sygate firewall.
Unfortunately any screens that required UAC authorization would not work.
I disabled UAC but this still did not help.
Basically I was trying to install a printer and couldn't, instead had to instruct the user on where to click.
