I just today started my paid service with ZOHO creator, but already had my application and user access set up and working correctly. After my first monthly payment went through my 6 other users were unable to access the application I created. While they are able to log into their created Zoho accounts, they can no longer view the application I have shared with them. They get a access denied screen that asks them to try to log in using another account or go back to their home page. I have tried calling customer support 3 different times since this issue with no resolve.

Anyone have any ideas on what needs to be done so we can continue to use this application? This is our customer database, and is vital to our everyday operations here at AOD. If I cannot get this resolved then I will be forced to continue to look elsewhere for services, because I need this fixed today.
