Hello,
I am trying to add a User to Vault...everyone in my organization currently uses CRM, however no one is displayed under "Members of your organization". I sent an email to one of my users to invite and it says that they are already registered as administrator under another organization (we should both be in the same organization).
What do I do now? I do not want to lose any important information linked to our accounts? I have now purchased a subscription for Vault but I can't even use it properly.
