Hi Team!

I want to understand a little bit more about the User Roles & Permissions for Zohobooks. Since we have a lot of different roles with different levels of access due to compliance policy, we would want to use the custom role in favor of system defined roles.

My question is, for the platform to function, is it necessary for organizations to use the standard roles as in have at least one person assigned to it or we can skip some of them altogether and user our own custom roles?
