We keep encountering this road block. Not sure if its by design, user error, or a bit of both. We have tried custom function, zoho flow, zapier, and whatever else we can think of to automate something fairly simple. The automation itself is working, the only issue is that the sign document requests are all going out from the administrator.
We have many sales reps, the automatic zoho sign document that we want to send needs to go out from their specific accounts.
I have this working in both custom function and zoho flow pretty easily. However I cannot assign the "From" anywhere. So everything is going out as me ( Super admin )
This can very easily be done with the API obviously, but would rather note have to pay 50 cents per document when its just a simple automation. Am i missing something?
