Using Marketing Automation Journey to associate lead record with a campaign?

Hello, 

I am trying to push people from a Marketing Automation Journey to a CRM campaign so I can track lead journeys and lead conversions however I am hitting a roadblock. When a lead hits particular scores or does specific actions in marketing automation I want to push the lead to CRM and associate that lead with a different campaign in the Zoho CRM. 

Basically what I am trying to do is add a new entry on the lead record's "Campaign" table. I am coming from Salesforce/Pardot where I was able to do this but can't seem to figure out how I can do something similar in Zoho. Any tips/tricks would be appreciated!
