Tips and Tricks 02: Using Notes to Enhance Virtual Learning

Welcome back to ShowTime's Tips and Tricks. In our previous post, we learned how to select participants for training sessions. Today we'll learn how to take notes during an online session in ShowTime.


 
Note taking always improves learning. It keeps students engaged and helps them understand information faster and in greater detail. Even in virtual classrooms, note taking is an effective learning tool. This is why we created the Notes feature in Zoho ShowTime.

ShowTime's Notes feature lets students write down important information during training sessions. This helps them remember the structure of sessions and better understand the key concepts of each slide. 
 
How to take notes during a ShowTime session:

1. Click the Notes icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
2. Type the key points of the slide in the text box.
3. Click Send to Mail. The student's notes will be sent to their registered email address.
 

 
As you can see, the Notes feature in ShowTime is an extremely helpful tool. Students can now review important information from previous sessions and prepare for future lessons.
