One thing that frustrates me.... When I'm working a task off the home screen, there doesn't seem to be a way to link to the parent company the task is associated with. I'm having to open the task, then search for the parent company to get their background info, read history etc... and then go back into the task. It would be nice if I could link to the parent company and all the contacts from the task.
