Waiting to be reviewed is taking too long

Waiting to be reviewed is taking too long

I have a campaign that was sent for approval...I received the email that it has been approved...but right after another email saying it was changed to "draft".  It's still in the review stage. (see attachment)

The name of it is "Frederic Terminated"

The other 3 are taking just as long.

Can you tell me what's going on and how long before I can get it approved?
