If you prefer sketching out your ideas instead of writing long paragraphs, Whiteboard in Zoho Mail is made for you. With just a click, you can visually create flowcharts, sketches, and more. Whiteboard offers a range of tools—like pencils, highlighters, shapes, and additional enhancements—to make your sketching experience much more simple and intuitive.

Insert Whiteboard

  1. Log into your Zoho Mail account.
  2. Click Compose and fill in the required details.
  3. In the rich-text toolbar, click the Whiteboard icon next to the Attachment icon.

  4. Sketch your ideas or content in the Whiteboard.
  5. Once done, click on the Insert icon.
  6. Your Whiteboard sketch will be added directly to your email draft.
You can click on the Whiteboard to change the size, insert a link, make edits or delete.
